Update a job card
PATCH/job-cards/:id
Changes only the fields the body names. INVOICED cannot be set:
raising the invoice in the DMS sets it. A card with a paid invoice
cannot change status (409 job_card_paid), and an invoiced card
cannot change branch (422). A status change moves the job's parts
stock as the DMS does. Scope workshop:write.
