Update a customer
PATCH/customers/:id
Changes only the fields the body names; address fields update the
primary address. Moving a customer to another branch is refused (403
branch_move_not_permitted) for a key, or a key owner, restricted to
particular branches. An open order's form is regenerated with the new
details, as in the DMS. Scope customers:write.
