Delete a customer
DELETE/customers/:id
Soft deletes the customer. Unlike the DMS, the API does not take the
customer's enquiries with it: a customer who still has enquiries is
refused (409 customer_has_enquiries). Delete those first, or delete
the customer in the DMS. Scope customers:delete.
