Delete an enquiry

DELETE 
/enquiries/:id

Deletes the enquiry as the DMS does (a soft delete), taking its offers and orders with it, which releases their vehicles and voids their invoices. An enquiry with an invoiced order is refused (409 enquiry_has_invoiced_order): void the invoice or cancel the order in the DMS first. Scope enquiries:delete.
