POST/enquiries
Records a lead from a server. Scope enquiries:write.
Name an existing customer with customer_id, or give the person's
details in customer (first and last name, and an email or a
phone), in which case the customer is matched or created as the DMS
does. Everything the body names is checked before anything is
written, so a bad id refuses the request rather than leaving half a
lead.
