Publish a theme version
POST/theme-versions/:version/publish
Makes a version the live theme on the dealer's website. Refused with
422 theme_publish_blocked when the version is not safe to put live:
errors.routes lists pages the theme does not render and
errors.findings its error-severity lint findings, as
path:line: message. Scope website_themes:write.
