GET/oauth/authorize
Where a partner app sends the dealer to connect it (RFC 6749 4.1.1,
with PKCE S256 per RFC 7636). The client and redirect URI are checked
and the dealer is redirected to the Vehiso consent screen, which
asks for their dealer code, signs them in and shows what the app is
asking for. Approving redirects to redirect_uri with code and
state; the code is single use and lasts 10 minutes.
An unknown client or unregistered redirect URI is answered here with
a 400 error body, never redirected. Any other problem is redirected
to redirect_uri with error, error_description and state.
Rate limited to 60 requests a minute. No key is sent.
