Import images from URLs
POST/vehicles/:id/images/import
Replaces the vehicle's photos with up to 100 images fetched from
public URLs, in the order given. Queued: the answer is 202 and the
new set replaces the old one only once every image has been fetched,
so the vehicle is never shown with half a gallery. Scope
vehicles:write. Secret keys only.
