POST/public/enquiries
The enquiry form of a bespoke website, handled exactly as the
dealer's Vehiso website handles its own: same validation, same
notifications, source WEBSITE. Publishable keys only (scope
public:enquiries); from a server, use POST /enquiries. Limited to
10 per minute per visitor address on top of the key's limit.
A part exchange is described by registration_number, which makes
mileage, condition and service_history required. Photos of it
need a multipart body. Deposit and checkout fields are refused: a
publishable key cannot take a payment. The answer carries only the
new enquiry's id, never the customer record.
